|Avocado Fries and Dip
You will need:
1/2 c. tempura frying flour
1/3 c. water
1 c. panko bread crumbs
1 pinch salt and pepper
Mix frying flour, water, ground pepper, and salt In a bowl, making a loose pancake-like batter. Put the panko bread crumbs into another bowl
Line the baking sheet with foil and then spray on a little butter or oil.
Slice avocado into 3/4" slices and dip in frying batter. Roll in breadcrumbs and put on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min. Or until brown.
Any sauce you like is good for this.
